Cancellation before shipment

Upon cancellation request approval, we will initiate a refund within 3 to 4 business days

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be credited back to the original account within 48 – 72 business hours after we receive the cancellation confirmation. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer to your specified account details. This process will be completed within 48 – 72 business hours upon receipt of the cancellation request and your bank details via email. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

How to Initiate a Return

Odeonlights.com provides a hassle-free return policy allowing you to request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Partial returns are also accepted, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

Steps to Return an Item:-

Contact our Customer Support team via email (care@odeonlights.com) within 3 business days of delivery. Please provide your order ID and specify your request for return, replacement, or refund. Attach an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Courier the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Conditions for Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Serial number is tampered with.
  • Defective products not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • Return request initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.
  • Free product provided by the brand.

Damaged or Defective Items/Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong product is delivered, please follow these steps within 5 days of receiving your order:

Contact our Customer Support team via email (care@odeonlights.com) within 3 business days of delivery. Provide your order ID and details of the issue along with an image of the product and the invoice.

We will arrange for the pickup of the product within 2-4 business days.

Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.

Partial Order Returns

You may return part of your order at the item level. If you ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return or replacement for any individual item. However, ensure that all components and complimentary gifts/products are returned in full.

Refund Process for Returned Orders

Upon receiving and verifying the returned products, we will process the refund as follows:
